In collaboration with your Community Manager, we will carefully review your community’s CC&Rs and bylaws to ensure your election is conducted in full compliance with governing documents and applicable laws. Once we receive your updated election rules and a signed proposal, we will begin preparing all required election materials. These include:

Call for Candidate Forms.

Pre-Ballot Notices.

Official Ballot with voting instructions.

Two-envelope system to maintain ballot confidentiality.

As part of our election services, we will collect and validate submitted ballots to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.

Additional election services include:

Issuing replacement ballots (additional charge applies).

Attending your Annual Meeting, either virtually or in person.

Arranging reconvened meetings if quorum is not met (at no additional cost).

Opening and counting ballots, followed by the official announcement of results.

Providing a summary of the election results to your Community Manager for distribution to the community.

We also offer assistance with elections by acclamation, recalls, special assessments (including compilation of resolutions) and Governing Document Restatements/Amendments. For more information and pricing on these services, please contact us directly via email.

Please note: A non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of our proposal. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of your election.
